Program Duration

Each cohort meets for 12 weeks. That includes:

  • 12 collective training sessions

  • 3 individualized coaching sessions

  • Unlimited email access to your coach

  • Unlimited access to The Kannenberg Group library of resources

  • Lifetime access to your cohort’s community discussion board

  • A lifetime membership to The Kannenberg Group support community
     

Effort

You’ll get out of this program what you put into it. The basic time requirement is:

  • Attendance and participation in 12, weekly, 1-hour training sessions

  • 2-4 hours a week implementing the assignments from the training sessions

  • Attendance and participation in 3 1-hour individualized coaching sessions conducted monthly

  • Any assignments that may arise during your coaching session

Ultimately, you can expect to invest 3-8 hours a week in this effort.

Cohort Training Sessions: Our cohorts include 8-12 individuals who start their program together and progress through their studies as a cohesive unit. They meet every week, online, for 1-hour-long training sessions over the course of 12 consecutive weeks. Each is led by a highly trained, certified instructor who facilitates the training, discussion, and processing of various topics. The sessions include practical exercises for implementation that serve as the subject matter for individualized coaching.
